The architecture of the place is modestly coordinated and offers space for interaction and concentration. Due to its location and window facade, the facilities are in direct connection with the city. Whilst outside the city pulsates, one can experience the history of the premises in the groundfloor; the old, heavy vault door in the basement, bears witness to its former role as a bank branch. The Salon offers space for temporary rentals – the excess revenue from which benefits the cultural work at the site and contributes to the cost of the premises.
The space is available for temporary leases. The profit of this is used to support the cultural work of the space and the space itself.
